One on one with Andrew...
Andrew Susac has always been involved in community service. Growing up in Catholic school – "volunteering in the community is part of the curriculum," he says. Andrew has served meals at food banks, collected clothing to donate and this upcoming year will work as a tutor. When not reaching out in his community or playing baseball at Jesuit H.S., Andrew enjoys playing wiffle ball, working out, reading and messing around with his brothers and his friends. He has not yet volunteered or been involved with a children's hospital, but is looking forward to the experience in Los Angeles with the Aflac All-American Game.

Role models...
Andrew looks up to Ted Williams because he served as a fighter pilot in two wars at the height of his professional baseball career. He admires Williams for his courage to put his country ahead of his own needs and desires.

Something you may not know about Andrew is...
he is of Croatian descent, and his grandparents came to the United States from Croatia after WWII and taught him how to speak the language. He was also a Bat Boy for the St. Louis Cardinals when he was 11.
