Cole is a lean and projectable 6-5, 190 lb right hander from Central Florida and one of the top pitchers in the 2010 class. HeÕs one of the hardest throwers in the 2010 class, with a fastball that is consistently in the 91-94 mph range and has topped out at 96. ColeÕs arm action is smooth and loose, especially out front, and projects to both get stronger and add more velocity. He throws a 77-80 mph slurve type curveball with good late biting action as his breaking ball and is also developing his change up. Cole has verbally committed to the University of Miami. He is also a first round draft prospect.
