Jiovanni Mier is a short stop and pitcher from Bonita High School in Pomona, CA. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and playing sports like basketball, football, and soccer. On the field, his greatest achievements are his selection as an Aflac All-American and being named to this year's 18U USA Baseball Team Trials. Aside from baseball, Jiovanni volunteers with Little League camps in the area. He has also been on the varsity soccer and football teams at Bonita High School.

Jiovanni's Role model is his brother, Jessie Mier, who taught him so much about baseball and who plays the game hard with integrity, the way it should be played. Jiovanni considers Jessie a prime example of how with heart and dedication, you can achieve anything.
