When he's not on the mound, Jonathan Walsh spends his time playing cards, swimming, traveling and playing video games. He's also involved with his community in Fellowship for Christian Athletes and Community Baseball Day. Jonathan is looking forward to game week because he's excited about the opportunity to play with the best high school players in the country.

Family ties...
Jonathan comes from a family of catchers. His grandfather, Julio Henriquez, signed as a catcher for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1955. His cousin, Ralphie Henriquez, was an Aflac All-American in 2004 and was drafted by the Houston Astros and now plays as a catcher in their minor league system.

He's kind of a big deal...
